Resetting Helpdesk Password
Note: This will not work unless you have sent a ticket at least once. Feel free to send TechOps a ticket stating that it's your first ticket and that you're are trying to set up a Helpdesk account.
1. Go to the Helpdesk website here: helpdesk.calvaryccm.com
2. Click on "Forgot your password"
3. Enter in your Calvary email address and click 'Send Email'
4. A password reset link will be sent to your Calvary email in Outlook
