Desk Phone Troubleshooting

If Your Phone is: 

  • Not receiving or making calls 

  • Not ringing or making a dial tone 

1. Unplug the LAN cable from the back of the phone.


2. Plug it back into the LAN port on the back and wait for it to boot up.


3.Try making a call to see if it works. If the problem still persists submit a ticket on Helpdesk to TechOps.
